The work

You run the aviation side of the desk. Airlines and airport service providers come to us for volume intakes and for individual replacements, and both need the same thing: candidates who will actually clear the client's own assessment rounds.

• Take briefs from airline and ground-handling recruitment teams, including batch intakes with fixed assessment dates.
• Source through our bench, aviation and hospitality training institutes, referrals and direct approach.
• Screen against real criteria: grooming standard, height and reach where the client requires it, medical and documentation readiness, languages, shift and relocation willingness.
• Prepare candidates honestly for what the assessment day involves — no false comfort.
• Track every batch through assessment, offer, joining and training completion.

Who fits

One to three years in aviation ground operations, cabin crew, airport services or aviation hiring. Ex-crew and ex-ground staff moving off shifts do particularly well here, because they know exactly which candidate will hold up on day one.

• Fluent English and Hindi.
• Meticulous with documentation and dates — batch hiring punishes anyone who is not.
• Able to give a candidate a straight answer about their chances.

Hiring process

Five-field form, then a short call, then a conversation in the office with the founding team. Everyone who applies hears back.
