What you get, and what we will not do.

Every agency promises quality. Here is the actual mechanic of a Travelrf search, so you can decide before a call whether we are worth one.

Who we work with

City hotels and resort properties, airlines and airport service providers, restaurant groups and contract caterers, cruise recruitment partners, and tour operators with their own travel desks. Mostly across Maharashtra, Goa, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru and Kerala, with searches run pan-India when a client needs a specific profile.

Roles run from frontline to duty-manager level. We do not pretend to be an executive search firm — for a general manager or a director appointment you want a different kind of firm, and we will say so.

The mechanic

  1. Brief — day one

    An hour with the hiring manager. Role, standard, shift pattern, uniform and grooming expectations, the pay band that can actually be approved, and the joining date that matters.

  2. Search — days two to six

    Our own bench first, then referrals, hospitality and aviation training institutes, and direct approach. Candidates already placed by us at a client are never approached again.

  3. Screen — ongoing

    A real interview with every candidate before their name reaches you: service instinct, shift readiness, languages, notice period, documentation, and an honest look at the commute.

  4. Shortlist — usually within ten days

    Four to six names, each with a note on where they are strong and where they are a stretch. If we cannot find the right people at the offered band, we tell you that instead of padding the list.

  5. Offer to joining

    We stay in the loop through negotiation, resignation and notice period, and we check in during the first week on the floor. A candidate who accepts and never turns up is not a placement, and we do not count it as one.

Commercials

Simple, and written down

  • A percentage of first-year fixed pay, agreed in writing before the search starts. No retainer for standard frontline and supervisory roles.
  • Invoiced on joining, not on offer.
  • A ninety-day replacement window: if a placement leaves or is let go inside ninety days, we run the search again at no additional fee.
  • Bulk and opening-team hiring is quoted per project, because volume changes the work.

Candidates never pay us anything. Travelrf is paid by employers only. We do not charge candidates a registration, training, placement or processing fee, and we will not work with a client who expects us to.
