Six people, one lane, and no layer between you and the work. You will take briefs from hiring managers, speak to candidates yourself, and be the person a client rings when something changes. Nobody hands you a queue of CVs to forward.
The trade is that the work is real and visible. A shortlist that misses is yours; so is a placement that is still there a year later. We think that is the better version of the job, but it does mean we look for people who want to own something rather than process it.
We read for judgement, not for years on a page. Some of the best people we have hired came from a hotel floor, a cabin, a call centre or a shop, and none of them had recruitment on their CV. Tell us how you think in the last box of the form and we will read it properly.
Everyone who applies hears back. Shortlisted candidates get a call within a week, then a longer conversation, then a decision. No unexplained silence, no eight-stage process.
Travelrf never charges a candidate a fee, at any stage, for any role — ours or a client's. We do not ask applicants for payment, bank details or documents beyond what an employer legally requires after an offer.
